This bespoke massage treatment manipulates the soft tissues of the body including movement for a specific therapeutic effect rather than a general therapeutic event. It uses relevant techniques and movements according to the client’s needs and response. This leads to the healing process, which begins at the cellular level aiding soft tissues in repairing, restoring functional integrity and adapting back to health.
This massage works by manipulating the deep layers of muscle and connective tissue. It is a therapeutic massage useful for relieving muscular tension, muscular pain and trapped nerves and also helps with the recovery process after injury.
A variety of techniques will be used in order to stretch and manipulate the soft tissue giving you a better range of movement, improvement in circulation and increased energy flow.
During this treatment a number of soothing, relaxing and stress-relieving techniques will be used in order to tailor for the needs of the client. This bespoke treatment is perfect for anyone that is suffering from high levels of stress and the inability to relax at different points throughout the day.
This form of bodywork can be offered as a stand-alone treatment or as part of a sports massage
Fascia is a thin connective tissue that is present all over the body and plays a vital role in holding every organ, muscle, nerve fibre, bone and blood vessel in the correct place. This form of bodywork allows the release of different areas where the fascia may be tight or stuck. These techniques are applied very slowly to the fascia which allows it to lengthen and release.
